The event will be on April 15 and 16 at the Signia by Hilton San Jose, located at 170 South Market Street in San Jose, California.
You can register online on our event website. Registration is open throughout the event.
There is a registration fee of $199 to attend Upgrade 2026. This fee is waived for exhibitors, speakers, and panelists.
The Signia by Hilton San Jose offers valet parking and is located next to the San Jose McEnery Convention Center parking facilities. Additional public parking is available within walking distance. The venue is approximately 10 minutes from San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC) and is accessible via rideshare, taxi, and VTA light rail.
Continental breakfast will be provided on both April 15 and 16. Lunch will be provided on April 15. Light hors d’oeuvres will be served at both the Opening and Closing receptions.
The event will feature two days of panels and presentations taking place on our Main and EXPO stages. Our exhibit hall will remain open both days. The full agenda can be viewed on the Upgrade 2026 website.
Keynote speakers include leaders from NTT and industry partners, including Shweta Maniar, Global Director, Life Sciences Solutions and Strategy for Google, Kevin Hague, Senior Vice President of Emerging Technologies & AI at The Coca-Cola Company, Jordan Topoleski, Chief Operating Officer at Cursor, and senior leaders from NTT Research.
Attendees can explore demonstrations and presentations throughout the EXPO hall, where NTT researchers and technology teams will showcase emerging innovations and real-world applications. Additional presentations will take place on the EXPO stage during the afternoon program.
Yes. Upgrade includes multiple networking opportunities, including receptions and informal gathering spaces. Attendees can also participate in Braindate sessions—small, peer-driven conversations that can be scheduled in advance or on site.

Upgrade 2026 will feature a chatbot that can answer questions about the agenda, speakers, sessions, and logistics throughout the event.
Event staff will be available at the registration desk throughout the conference. Additional assistance can be requested through the event chatbot or by contacting the Upgrade team through the event website.
The dress code is business casual. Please keep in mind that our Opening Reception will take place outside and temperatures tend to drop in the early evening.
